| We offer the following significant facilities and services for all residents: A 25' x 50' heated swimming pool. The pool has a 1500 sq. ft. deck with lounge chairs and a beautiful view of one of the lakes. We have four shuffleboard courts with an active committee for team competition. A 60' x 100' clubhouse (Tanner Hall) with a kitchen, two rest rooms, a billiards room, and a lending library - fully stocked with magazines, books, audio and video cassettes. A Social Club with committees to plan events, our own TV Channel 33 with all pertinent information available twenty-four hours a day. The recreational areas are open from 8:00a.m. to 10:00p.m. daily. A 15 mph speed limit is strictly enforced for the safety of those walking or riding bikes. |
