    The maintenance and operation of Port Charlotte Village is the responsibility of seven elected Board of Directors and a Manager. Each board member is elected to a two year term and is a volunteer position. The Park Manager is licensed by the State of Florida as a Community Association Manager, Real Estate Broker and a Notary. We also have an Assistant Manager, Secretary/Receptionist and seven full-time and one part-time Grounds Maintenance, on staff.
