Port Charlotte Village is a resident owned community where at least one person residing in the home must be at least 55 years of age and the other no younger than 45 years of age. There are 435 homes on 86 plus acres with three fresh water lakes. We share the banks of the lakes with King's Gate Homes Community, our neighbor to the south.

    We are located just off Exit 170 from Interstate 75, which is about 45 miles south of Sarasota and about 33 miles north of Fort Myers. There are restaurants and mini shopping malls in the immediate area. Within four miles there are hospitals, banks and large shopping malls.

    Port Charlotte Village is unique with its winding tree lined streets and cul-de-sacs with many areas having benches for your convenience. Every home is attractively landscaped, giving the impression that every home is a model. On the left at the front entrance is a landscaped park with a gazebo and benches, a quiet resting place.
